Hey guys, as you all know; new makeup = new me. And currently, my face is looking all new levels of pretty.
SO, lets begin:
Makeup product number 1 – Nars Blusher (Torrid)
First of all (thanks Laura!!), I love love love this blush, and it’s perfect for both day and night time. It gives a healthy peachy glow and is just dreamy, definitely worth the price!
Makeup product number 2 – Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara
Is it worth the hype? Most definitely. This is an amazing product that leaves you with amazing eyelashes, nuff’ said.
Makeup product number 3 – Mac Pigment (Tan)
This is the first pigment eyeshadow I’ve owned and I am so impressed. I LOVE using this, and the colour is insane. It may be on the pricey side but it lasts forever and looks amazing. It’s an investment. Use fix plus and it’ll look even better!
Makeup product number 4 – Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick (Patina)
This is a product that deserves WAY more attention. Creamy, non-drying and doesn’t ruin your lips after a day of wearing it (cough NYX cough). Honestly, Stila is the most underrated brand ever.
I guess it would be rude not to have a mid-read pic…
Makeup product number 5 – Becca Highlight (Champagne Pop)
Yes I am very much in love, and yes I am very much in debt to my amazing boyfriend. Best present ever. Ain’t called pop for nothing.
Makeup product number 6 – Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder
Again, jumping on the band wagon with this product, but it’s definitely one I’d buy again. This is my first attempt at starting the whole ‘baking’ craze and I love it. There’s definitely a noticeable difference when I use it, with my skin being completely matified – giving it an almost photoshop finish.
Makeup product number 7 – Lush Lip Scrub
This is one of my fave parts when doing my makeup and it tastes AMAZING. Before applying I use my EOS lip balm in no other flavour than strawberry sorbet, I then whack this on, always using too much, and then go ahead with my lipstick. Nothing leaves them in better condition!
Makeup product number 8 – Urban Decay Razor Sharp Liquid Eyeliner
I’ve got mixed feelings about this product. It’s so good in so many ways, literally does not move and the colour is amazing. But, because it’s so good at not moving I feel the consistency is kinda weird – it’s one of those eyeliners that you can actually peel off which makes removing it an absolute nightmare. Yet, overall the quality is amazing, I just hate pulling it out my eyelashes.
Makeup product number 9 – Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow
This product is a dream, an expensive dream, but a dream. The price is most definitely reflected in it’s quality, which has definitely done it’s job in giving some definition to my hamster cheeks, and of course dat glow. I love this product and it’s 100% worthy of your wish-list.
I am completely in love with all these products and would love to hear about some of your favourites?!
Thank you if you got to the end! Till next time… have a look at my new fave brushes 😉
