Urban Decay manage to make all their palettes full on classics, and this one is no exception.
I use this palette nearly every day, with 9 shimmers and 2 mattes it’s an all rounder. The pigmentation is insane, especially the shade ‘Blackout’ which is the best black eyeshadow I’ve ever come across. Also, how cute is the packaging? Simple yet effective, which is what I love. The mirror is a blessing, perfect if you’re travelling or on the go, and last but not least it has a BRUSH!!! A very nice brush might I add.
The total cost is £39, which is relatively cheap for Urban Decay, considering it has 11 shades, which have lasted me 3 years (lol) – and it comes with a brush (can’t forget the brush).
Apologies for the quality of the pics, new camera soon hopefully! D:
There are some amazing shades in this palette which go with any colour eye! My favourite combo to use is ‘Tease’ in the crease, then mix together ‘Half Baked’ and ‘Chopper’, apply it all over the lid, and finally finish it off with a touch of ‘Bootycall’ on the inner conner and the brow bone – wallah u looking extra fine.
I love how this palette is a trilogy as you can get the different shades and looks with each one, with Naked 2 being a more ‘goldy’ tone whilst Naked 3 has a lot more pink tones – perfect for blue eyes.
Urban Decay you most definitely have excelled with this palette, as you always do. A long-lasting, stay-all-day, easy to apply and great variety kinda thang. 10/10 from me.
I must add however, I found the PERFECT dupe for this palette by W7 – they literally look identical, and this one is only £10!!!! I haven’t tried it out personally but the reviews are very good, so it would be worth a try if you’re on a budget.
Thanks for reading, let me know which is your fave Urban Decay palette?? If you’re loving these reviews go check out my ‘Violet Voss‘ palette test 😛
